We are pleased to present Pacific House as our lead beneficiary for 2018. Pacific House is the only regional men's shelter in lower Fairfield County serving the four-town area of Stamford, Darien, Greenwich and New Canaan. Located at 597 Pacific Street in Stamford, for 35 years the shelter has been providing overnight emergency beds and two meals-per-day for men and young adults. Pacific House also operates a drop-in day program that provides case management services for men and women.
The Darien House Tour: Homes With Heart will specifically support Pacific House's new initiative to address a growing problem – homelessness among young adults (ages 18-24). In an effort to best respond to the needs of these young adults Pacific House is building a new group home facility for young adults in Norwalk.
